Who We Are
Joshua Blumen, Esq.
Joshua Blumen counsels clients on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Josh also acts as real estate and title counsel to family offices and businesses making investments in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and frequently advises clients on related matters, including real estate investment, business and estate planning.
Josh has been licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2004, focusing primarily on residential and commercial real estate transactions since founding the firm.
As a licensed real estate instructor, he shares his expertise teaching continuing education courses for Rhode Island and Massachusetts agents and brokers through Blumen Real Estate School. In addition to managing the firm, Josh volunteers at Salve Regina University through the Center for Business Outreach.

Amanda Collins-Kelly, Esq.
Amanda Collins-Kelly represents buyers, sellers, and lenders. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and has served as judicial intern to the Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court and as an underwriter associate for a national title insurance company. Amanda is in the process of becoming a certified real estate instructor.
